Where It Started
This started with one rule: squat every morning at 5AM—no matter what.
No motivation. No plan. Just movement and mindset before the day took over.
I was burned out, unfocused, and tired of my own potential being wasted by waiting for the “perfect time.” That time never came. So I made a new one.
The 5AM Squat Club was born in silence—before work, before emails, before distractions. It was ugly. It was cold. But it was mine. And now it’s yours, too.
